Apex,coast To Coast Travel Club They got me! Las Vegas Nevada

This evening on April 23,2008 at 8:16 pm, i received a phone call from Apex claiming i won a digital camera and a vacation package 3 days/2 nights to any of the various vacation locations. The man who called me was VERY hard to understand so before i accepted his offer i asked to speak to someone who spoke better english. Sure enough he put me on the phone with another foreigner who spoke slightly better english.

Anyway, this 'SUPERVISOR' proceeded to explain the package that i had won. After he did his best to explain it all to me, i asked him multiple times if i was going to be charged more than the $1.95. He said 'NO' everytime that i asked him.

I also asked him if i had to personally call and cancel the 'Trial items' that were being sent to me. Once again he said "NO". That after 10 days of the trial period it automatically cancels on it's own. I told him over and over that i didn't want to have to get on the phone and cancel all three trial promos. He aid that i didn't need to. Stupid me i believed him.

After i got off the phone with this man, i decided to check up on this company.And come to find out, I come across the 'RIPOFF REPORT' site and found this same thing happened to so many others. Now i am freaked out because the Apex people have my bank account info. Immediately i called my bank and no transaction had been made at that time from Apex. Which means im sitting here waiting to see what they take from my account. There is nothing my bank can do at this point till the transaction posts to my account. I will keep you all posted on this but i am hoping to catch them before they take my money. These people NEED to be stopped!!!!!!! Don't let this happen to you.
