Apex Collision Services Inc Totally botched the job then became very uncooperative and refused refund Shelton Washington

 Our experience with APEX Collision Services couldn't have been worse. We had a small crack in the fiberglass siding of our 5th wheel trailer. Nathan the owner gave us 4 possible ways to fix it and we chose the one kind of in the middle of the expense range. Once it was "fixed" we drove it away and didn't even make it the 10 miles home before the crack appeared again. We went and talked to him about it and all he could say was "I didn't think it would work, but you told me to do it so it's your problem". But we went with one of his own suggestions! Now his true colors have come out and he refuses to even give us a partial refund. He even told us to take it to the judge if we want but he's not going to do anything to make it right. He was so friendly when he was giving us the estimate we are shocked at the way he's treating us now. He has our $600 and simply doesn't care about customer service. We would certainly never go back to him and we hope others learn from our experience.
