Do not trust Dr. Abdullah Al Joaib or his brother Salem AlJoaib of Apext Development Group, Willamette Investment Group, Seeapex.com and the many other companies they operate under.
These indibiduals/ companies did not pay for our firms architectural services totaling$150K.
Apex filed for bankruptcy after a number of law suites were filed against them. We were not the only design firm after them.
LOOK OUT! these people make themselves out as Big time Players in Real-Estate Development with major conections in the UAE. Don't belive this for one second. If you are working with them or one of there many entities, or thinking about it....get paid for your services prior to dilivery of your work.
