APEX DIGITAL INC. I sent in a digital converter box along with $10 for a refurbished unit that they fail to deliver. Walnut , California

I have been waiting several months now but they have stolen $10 from me and kept the defective digital tv converter.  They have used the excuse the warehouse is moving and my converter has been delayed because of the move.   Well that is bulls!it.  This company needs to be sued for theft by conversion.  They have converted my money for their own use and have stolen my converter.  No company should be allowed to get away with this and the retailers like HH GREG (where I bought it) should return the APEX products back to them.  If you cannot get customer service from a company, then you don't buy from them again.   This can keep me out of HH Greg because they won't do anything about it either.
