Apex Financial Management Rude, Harassing ripoff Northbrook Illinois

I have an old debt with Bank of America that was sold to this company Apex Financial Management.

They starting calling me about a month ago. The guy who keeps calling is extremely rude and it is now to the point of harassment. I have hung up on him several times. I need to know how to stop this.

I am not denying I owe money, but it becomes very upsetting when you are treated like a piece of garbage. I am not trying to get away from my debt.

In trying to make payment arrangements with this company, I have heard remarks like "no wonder the credit card company won't accept that payment with all you owe, I can't blame them". No amount I give is good enough.

This guy is constantly calling me at work and it is starting to affect my job. I have been not answering the calls.

He is constantly threatening me with garnishing my pay and having a judgement put on me. I am a hard worker trying to do the right thing, but this harassment is not good.

I need to know where to go to report this company. Oh, the guy also refused to give me his last name.

I don't know. I'm just very frustrated.
