I received a call from Cheri Armeli, Senior Business Advisor for Apex Marketing. She said she had just left a meeting with Shawn Patrick and Ernest Allen regarding offering a sale price of $325.00 (included $50.00 for a one time fee for lifetime hosting, rather than paying 17.00/month. She also mentioned their six month 100% money back guarantee. I paid the $325.00 using a MasterCard. She gave me a verification number and said I would receive a package in the mail.

I recieved the package in the mail with a receipt for my payment, a copy of their so called guarantee, a quick-start guide assigning Gene Barry as my advertising coach, a welcome letter from Bill Chapman, Public Relations Director for Apex Marketing, LLC, which included an instruction manual and an Activation Form.

After calling Gene Barry several times and leaving messages, he did not return my calls. I then called customer service to request a refund. They convinced me that I should have a different advertising coach named Michelle Madock. I spoke with her and she said she would email me my Log In information. I never received any such email so I called back on 10/18/06 and was told I should be receiving an email. As of 10/23/06 I still had not received an email so I called back to request a refund and was told that according to their Guarantee I was obligated to give them six months and if I still was not satisfied I could get my money back. I tried calling them back after the six months and their phone had been disconnected.

Apex Marketing Group Facts

AUTHOR: Steve Knox - (U.S.A.)

This company was definitely operating fairly when it was in business. I was the old floor manager and I definitely know that every client got fulfilled and helped. This is a perfect example. The client Patricia even states that her website was built for her and that she was contacted by a consultant to help her out. Unfortunately insolvency issues made it so that Apex Marketing Group was not able to keep it's doors open. Probably because it WAS doing what it promised. Because of this many people including the employees suffered a loss. I'm truly sorry that it didn't turn out as you had hoped however I personally know Cheri and she is a very forth right and honest person. She has a name for providing honest answers and reliable information as a rule.

I feel that your real issue is with Apex Marketing not the employees of said company and that you information should be adjusted to reflect that. Feel free to contact me at internalcreations@gmail.com if you have any questions involving cheri or apex marketing group. I am not a current owner or employee so my information is limited to what I know.

Again I stress that Cheri Armeli is nothing short of an assett when it comes to business and has proven herself to be so at multiple businesses and locations.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Client was fulfilled. Service was provided as promised.

This report was most likely intended to persuade the company to refund her.
Apex Marketing however is no longer in business so she is correct that if she tried back after they were not operating she may not have been in contact.
Cheri Armeli however had nothing to do with improperly informing the client. She simply offered the product as it is delivered.

Even in the notes you will notice that the product was received.
She was provided everything she paid for. The website, package, even consultation.
And she chose not to follow through.
