Apex Marketing Group, LLC sells web-site packages; Amazon.com, Overstock.com, WindowsCasino.com, PetSmart.com and eBay.com, and then claims to sign you up as an affiliate of these web-sites. Claiming you will make money every time someone visits and/or purchases or plays on your website.

Clint Lawter, one of AMG's executive thieves, gave me a high pressure sales pitch claiming I would be backed by all five Fortune 500 companies. He and another sales person (Harley) worked me for 9 hours total until they finally convinced me that I should go this route. They are professional thieves and are very convincing that this is a genuine opportunity for making money right away.

It is all a fake way to steal money from you. They are click-through sites and you do not make a dime, with fake counters or a traffic management area that is not even on the web-site that is yours, you need to go to www.myonlinestats.com/traffic which by the way is also suspended now. This site is totally bogus too! But AMG does make your website look real (to you only though) they have your name showing in tabs on the screen when you go into one. And your URL address window has the same address as everyone else they scammed with the exception of a number after the .com.

After they have swindled $500 for the five sites out of you, which apparently just isn't enough money for them, they have another corrupt individual (John Dominick, in my case) pressure you into purchasing guaranteed traffic advertising where he claims to create and implement advertising to drive unique visitors to your web-sites. But then gives you a walk-through to a site called InetGiant (a site where you can place free classified ads) and you do the advertising for your five web-sites. So, tell me again why I just paid you $1900?

I tried for four months to get this worthless home based business off the ground and create an income for myself. I was care giving for my 84 year old mother, John Dominick was aware of this fact. He also knew that I was not getting paid anything for caring for her and it is a 24/7 job. He pretended to be concerned about her health, and sent me links for resources I may be able to use in receiving aid from Medicare, etc. Real nice guy until he got $1900 from me.

My story mirrors the ROR's from all of the other honest people this unethical very dishonest group of individuals have managed to scam. So I will not beat a dead horse. This ROR is getting way too long as it is.

I decided I had no other recourse but to request a refund for services not rendered and just get my money back as promised to me before I signed up with Apex Marketing. After leaving numerous phone messages and not receiving a return call, I tried one last time.

I called APM and was shocked that a real person actually answered the phone, which is another lie I was told to get me on the hook with this so called business. Harley assured me that Apex Marketing was different from all the rest in that you will always reach a live person when you call their office during business hours. That happened twice in 6 months, the rest of the time I got a recorded message, but never received a returned phone call.

Anyway, when Jacque Whitting did finally answer their phone, I asked to speak to Sarah Michaels director of customer service. Ms. Whitting informed me that Ms. Michaels was on maternity leave but she asked me, What do you need? I am customer service too. She informed me how to go about requesting a partial or whole refund or I could request additional services at no additional cost to me and they must receive this request in writing and someone would call me within 5 days of receipt of my request.

I spent the next two months trying to get that call or email and my money back after I sent my letter certified return receipt through the USPS. I kept calling them and on two occasions, Brittany answered the phone and said that I would have to speak to Gregory Howell.

Ok, I need to speak with Gregory Howell then. Brittany said he was in a business meeting and would call me back within 15 minutes. Two hours later, I called again and again Brittany said he was not available but she would have him call me the next daythis went on for 2 weeks. Gregory Howell never returned my calls. I never received my 100% refund I was promised over and over was part of this deal.

Finally in August, 2006 I filed a complaint with the Arizona BBB; they had 14 complaints on record at that time for Apex Marketing. I received an email from them a month later stating that Apex Marketing did not respond to them. Oh what a surprise! But that they would keep my complaint on file and see if this company develops a pattern of unethical business practices.

As of the time of this writing, six and a half months later; Apex Marketing has received 57 complaints filed against them at the BBB. That sure seems like a developing pattern to me.

Well I think it's too late for all of us that have been ripped off by Apex Marketing Group, LLC as far as having any recourse, because of the fact that it appears they have skipped town. Phones are all disconnected, their new Apex Marketing Group, LLC website launched September 20, 2006 sporting our new logo design, flash header, and world business news feed no longer exists at www.apexmarketers.com. And not that it matters at this point, but my web-sites say they are all suspended as well.

Shawn Lee, John Dominick and Jason Ginn are the three names that appear in the Arizona Corporation Commission State of Arizona Public Access System on the Internet. They also have formed three Corporations which they operate under the name of: LIFE CARE RESPONSE, LLC with 3 names on record #1. Jason Ginn using a Glendale, AZ address, #2. Apex Marketing Group, LLC, and John Dominick both use a Tempe, AZ address.

Another Corporation Name active on file is: MEDSONFILE, LLC with 3 names on record: #1. Apex Marketing Group, LLC, #2. Is also Apex Marketing Group, LLC and #3 is John Dominick.

The third Corporation Name is: APEX GLOBAL ENTERPRISES, LLC, Names on record are: #1. Shawn Lee, Manager, Tempe, AZ; #2. Apex Marketing Group, LLC, Manager, 2720 E Thomas Rd Bldg A, Phoenix, AZ; #3. Shawn Lee, Member, Tempe, AZ; #4. Apex Marketing Group, LLC, Member, Phoenix, AZ.

Apex Marketing Group, LLC needs to be prosecuted for the crimes they have already committed. I don't know how we could all get this together, but I would be glad to tell the story of how they stole $2400 from me in a court of law!

Good luck to all going through this criminal betrayal by Apex Marketing Group, LLC. And to you who seek self-employment, be very warythere are a lot of wolves in sheep's clothing out there. Don't believe them unless they can prove they are for real.
