Apex Marketing Group, LLC. solicited the sale of 3 websites: http://www.aaonlineauction.com/005501/;http://www.aaonlinestore.com/005501; http://www.aaonlinecasino.com/005501/. I agreed to purchase the 3 sites for $298, and pay $17.95 per month as a maintenance fee for the 3 websites. The premise of the business arrangement is for me to purchase advertising for the 3 sites on a yearly bases. I purchased 51000 advertisements at $0.105 per advertisement (totaling $5000) to be distributed equally between the 3 websites. The salesman, John Dominick said that my purchase is guaranteed that within one year I would be guaranteed enough commission from the affiliate programs of each website to be fully reimbursed for my original $5000 investment. He guaranteed me that I would most likely double my money and that many of his clients reinvest there affiliate earnings to purchase more advertisement. He said if this guarantee was not met, that Apex Marketing Group, LLC would re run my advertisements to meet the remainder of affiliate sales. He said that Apex Marketing Group, LLC has never had to re run anyone's advertisement. Apex Marketing Group, LLC. will place my adds to attract guaranteed targeted visitors (GTVs), these GTV's will click the advertisement and end up on my website, in which they must click on the product they want, and then will be directed to either Amazon, Ebay, or Windows Casino. If they register or make a purchase I will receive a finders fee (Window's casino and ebay) or I will get a percentage of the sale (ex. Amazon 4%).

Since I signed up for the program Apex Marketing took my $298 set up fee, my $5000 worth of advertisements, and has collected $17.95 for the months June-November 2006 ($107.70). As of today December 3, 2006 here is the breakdown on what I have received. Of the 51000 advertisements they have placed 4696 ads for Ebay 4685 for Windows Casino, and 4738 for Amazon with a total of 14,119 advertisements, which is nearly 28% of the advertisements I paid for. So far I have received (0) zero sales or registration from window casinos (0) sales or registration from ebay, and $3.64 commission from $91.00 sales on Amazon, although I have never received a check from Amazon for this money. I have repeatedly contacted Apex Marketing Group, LLC and left message after message on their phone service. I have sent email after email to request someone from customer service, technical department, or sales to contact me, and they have not. One of my websites has been non-functioning since at least October 2006 and I have continued to have advertisements used up. I have requested my money back as per the Terms of Agreement. Section 4 states "In the first six months we will give you a check for the difference of profits earned and the cost of the business if requested" No one will contact me back for this. If someone does contact me back it is a low-level customer service tech that just started and doesn't know anything. They never pass me on to someone in management, and they have yet to address my request that technical service check my website for error. Again no one will contact me back to explain:

1. Why I haven't received more sales from advertising?
2. What websites are the advertising on and can I see them?
3. Why haven't I been at least paid the $3.64 from Amazon?
4. Why will no one call me back?
5. Why won't technical support run a diagnostic on my website to rule out technical error.
6. Why have they only run 27% of my advertisements when I'm already 6 months into the program?
7. Why won't they initiate section 4 of the Terms of Agreement and give me my money back?
8. Why won't anyone ever answer the phone at Apex Marketing Group, LLC? ?

I filed with the BBB and with the State of Arizona Attorney General. I got ahold of someone at Apex Marketing (April Limon) in December, and she assured me I would recieve a refund. I contacted the BBB and told them this, and they closed my file, but I still have not recieved anything.

I also filed with the Attorney General, Consumer Information and complaints Department, and they have been unable to locate the company, so I will have to give them the data.

go to Arizona Corporation Commission, and look up Apex Marketing Group, LLC (File Number: L-1159150-0) and you will see who started up the company that is scamming everyone.
