Apex Marketing Solutions Cant pay employers and ripped off/lied to customers Peoria Illinois

Apex Marketing Solutions (AMS) everyone might know them by the Sweepstakes Center. We are based out of Peoria Il and its a telemarketing place. I worked there off and on for a couple of years and just recently got let go because the owner Rich Barto is running out of money and cant afford to pay the employers so he had to take me off payroll.

The whole point of the promotion when the sales reps call u is to get you to buy magazines and take your money. they tell you anything and everything they can to make it sound good like giving u a free watch or hotel stay which is TRUE BUT: there are alot of exceptions to those free gifts, and trust me they dont end up free in the end,

They tell you the mags are 3.45/week for 4 magazines and u can switch and change them anything but u then talk to a supervisor and the payments end up to be 74.75 a month for 12 months instead of 3.45/week for 60 months. you get a 5 yr subscription and pay for it in the first year and it totals to be 897 dollars.

Also you are told you can cancel but you can not! You get a cancellation paper in the mail and each state has diff laws but the most amount of days u got to cancel are between 3-5. So this is a total bullshit company and the owner is slowly going out of business hes a shady guy who needs shut down ASAP! :)
