Apex One Trading Group uses supposed brokers (Zach Schwartz, Todd Anthony or Mr James) to cold call people and convince them to invest in their Forex trading almost guaranteeing a large return on their investment. This goes on over a period of weeks where they sweet talk the potential client (succer) and give examples of past performances which they claimed to have made their clients large sums of money on their investments. Some of the phone numbers that are listed or appeared on call display are:
1-855-273-2363, 1-507-200-2333, 1-416-800-1719, 1-416-800-1714
Initially they will settle for smaller amounts (5 to 10 thousand) but once the funds are sent they will keep calling back with much better returns if the client will invest larger sums. The client is instructed to send the funds to

At first everything looks legit. After you wire the money an account is set up on www.cfdcapitalmarkets.net where you can log in and see the transaction(s) in your account. When they call you back they suggest that there are institutional transaction that they handle where they can get you in for larger sums but they assure you that this is an incredible opportunity and they will ensure that you get large returns. If you decide to trust them and buy in to their story with larger amounts evrything at first looks good. Your account reflects the money you sent them and eventually it shows the transaction that they invested your money (also showing some very large brokerage fees like 12 to 20%). As time goes on and your investment starts to look good (like doubling or tripling) and you start to question when you can take out part or all of your investment things change in a hurry.
At first they will tell you that you are part of an institutional trade and your part can not be liquidated by itself. As you start to insist that you want to liquidate your transactions all the brokers you have been in touch with all of a sudden begin to be rude and finally when you give the ultimatum that you want your investment wired back to you all communication gets cut off. You keep calling only to leave voice mail and your calls and emails are never answered. You keep hoping against hope that your investment is not lost as you can still access your account but eventually that also dissappears as your password no longer allows you access to the cfdcapitalmarkets.net system. This is a total scam so I want to warn everyone. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
