APH Stone Solutions Stay away they take your money and deliver only lies and promises Tampa Florida

APH Stone Solutions was contracted to fabricate and install granite counter tops for our kitchen and two bathrooms. The agreed upon installation date was April 28th 2014. When they didn't show up we called and were told by Christina the office manager that the forklift dropped the granite for the kitchen and it broke. A new piece was going to be there that afternoon and we would have our tops the next day. The next day Christina told us the granite was late getting there but we would have it the next day. All this time we have no kitchen sink or bathroom sinks. The next day we were told the forklift was broken and they couldn't get the granite loaded, the part for the forklift would be there in the afternoon. On wed I called and spoke to the supposed owner and was told that they didn't even have our granite and Christina must have had us confused with somebody else. The owner told me the granite should be there on Friday and he would have it cut and installed on that day no matter how late they would have to work. Long story short that didn't happen we were then promised Saturday, that didn't happen. On Monday about four in the afternoon  three guys show up with the granite for the kitchen. They installed two of the three pieces in the process knocking two holes in my wall and denting the door on the brand new microwave. They then left with out even fastening the pieces in place promising to return the next morning with the bathroom vanities and finish the installation. When they didn't show up by noon my contractor called and asked where the rest of the granite was. He talked to a guy named Eric that said he had no idea of the situation. My contractor and I drove down to there shop to find out what was going on. Eric and Christina said they had no control over our order. That was up to the owner who was not there. I became very upset, Eric couldn't deal with it so he called the police. When the police arrived we were still being ignored. The officer asked why he was called and I responded that he just became the customer service dept for Stone Solutions. After about two minutes who should happen to appear out of the back room but the owner of the company. The officer asked him to explain. The owner said he had  three days from the delivery of the granite to complete the installation. My contractor asked to see the vanity tops because if they were done he would install them. After several excuses and beating around the bush the officer asked the owner to show us the tops. The owner then admitted they were not made yet. We were told over a week before they were done and just needed to be installed and the installation crew was backed up. At this time the officer wanted to leave because this was not a criminal matter. He suggested we wait until Thursday which would be the three days that was supposedly in the contract. We agreed and left. On Thursday we were told the installers would be there by 12:30, guess what? No installers all day. On Friday afternoon the installers show up and proceed to finish installing the kitchen granite. They placed the vanity top in one bathroom but didn't attach it. They did not install the back splash and did not have the second bath vanity top. They said they would be back on Saturday to finish. They never showed up. At every turn this company has lied and cheated us. They have been paid in full for the work. There is no wording in the contract we have about      Three days to complete. The bathroom vanity they did place is not cut right. The installers just shrug their shoulders and say they are only installers. The workmanship of this company is sub par and their management and office staff are total liars.
