I received an email asking to call them back regarding my order. I confirmed proper name, shipping address, all of which matched the information on the credit card. Representative Joel was extremely incompetent and was intimidated by the fact that we wanted the item shipped to our business. This is completely NORMAL as we wanted someone to be there to sign for the items. He Googled the business information and was given the option to call the business to verify the name of the owner/officers etc, however, he was overwhelmed and lied that he had to wait for his "manager" to call?

I demanded to speak with her and he said she wasn't available, however, that was a lie too since she was there a minute ago. I would highly think twice before dealing with this company. There are many reputtable gold dealers out there and this is not one of them.

****Recently, a friend who purchased from them said he received FAKE GOLD bars with Tungsten inside. This along with their pathetic customer service was enough for me to cancel my large order. Please save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else. Will be reporting them to consumer affairs as well.
