Apollow Group University of Phoenix U of Phoenix online school and so called financial aid policies...or SCAM policies Internet

I am joining the club of hundreds of people who have been duped by the University of Phoenix online. I completed 3 of 4 classes and was dropped from the last due to attendance...I thought this was for working adults??? Now they are saying I owe them for the last class. WTF!? they sent a portion of my financial aid back saying I didnt pass the class so they want me to pay for it. I find it funny that this was not explained to me in layman's terms. I was harrassed by phone for the first few weeks of the first class and then suddenly no one can answer my questions when there is a problem...has anyone ever seen the financial aid policies in writing? Oh well....they will never get any money from me....ever. I would be happy to sign on to a class action lawsuit against this university.
