Purchased almost $8,000 of Kitchen appliances for Apple Appliance and they raved about how good their service is and how they stand behind their work. 3 gentlemen arrived to install the kithchen appliances one of which was very heavy. When Installing the microwave he used a step stool that did not have any rubber feet on it. Needless to say he damaged our brand new floor which was installed two days earlier which we paid $6000 for. When I brought this to apple appliance's attention they claimed that they do not use ladders when installing and they would do nothing to repair the floor. When I ask whos ladder it was the crew claimed it was theirs. The were very rude and obviously do not stand behing their work as they claimed.

Whos ladder it was is not the point only that the ladder was used by the installer who damaged the floor. I sent Apple appliance the damage report along with the estimate to fix the floor which costs almost $800 and they laughed. This is the guarantee they offer you when you purchase $8000 of appliances from them. No gaurantee, they do not take responsiblity for their installers. BEWARE!!!!

Apple Appliance does not carry ladders or step stools of any kind. It is not necessary and is against store policy to even climb on a ladder or step stool.
The step stool referred to by Mr. Slaven belonged to the cleaning company who was also on site the day of the installation. Mr Slaven took the time to tape up the botom rough edge of the cleaning companies stool, as noted by 3 Apple technicians. Apple Appliance installed all the appliances but left the range on an appliance slide, (to insure no floor damage) due to the range site not being ready for installation. Mr. Slaven installed his own range. Mr. Slaven agreed to return the appliance slide the following day which he did not and was charged for the appliance slide. The invoice is still outstanding.
Mr. Slaven has been abusive to Apple's employees and has not stood by his word to return our equipment.
