The following is part of an email I sent to a tech support representitive at apple:

I recently bought a season pass to the TV show 'Scrubs Season 5 from iTunes. I noticed that I have not received any new episodes so I checked, there are 5 new available. The associated web order number is M*********. Having looked at the order it looks like each episode I have was purchased one at a time. That is not how I purchased them, buying each episode one at a time not only costs more then the season pass but also means I have to pay for all additional episodes as they come out, frankly I am more intelligent then that. Yes I know you are thinking "sure you are" for that is the standard response most tech help people have upon reading a story like mine. This is why I no longer have faith in customer service. Looking at my web orders it also shows that I purchased The Office season 1 one at a time on web order number M********* when in fact I purchased the season pass, this one is not so important because season one only has six episodes and they all downloaded, also the price to buy them one at a time matches the season pass price so I am not upset over this mistake. Please fix the issue with 'Scurbs season 5

This is only one of many issues I am currently trying to resolve with iTunes online. Some other issues include Avatar the last air bender season 1 which has new episodes available, iTunes acknowledges I have the season pass but still will not let me download. Also all of the music I purchased from iTunes was purchased on my work computer, that computer crashed, when it crashed I lost all that music. Now I can not download the songs into that or any other computer. When I try it tells me I have already purchased the song, explains to me that buying it again will give me duplicate songs on my play list, then asks if I want to buy it again anyway. Lastly I purchased Commander and Chief Season 1 all the episodes downloaded for this purchase. I was watching the episodes when my computer was suddenly not authorized to view any of the Commander and Chief season 1 episodes anymore. The real kicker is that this computer is still authorized for all my other downloads but this one just stopped being authorized all of the sudden. I was switching between episodes. My wife and I had just watched the first three and we where finally getting to the ones we had not yet seen on TV when it gave the error. I have had repeated emails about these issues, but as of yet I have not had any resolution to any of these problems, mostly I have received the answer If you still have items for download go to the download purchases button. Otherwise you have received all of you orders, have a nice day.

The responce I expected

Below is the email I sent iTunes after there last response. They once again told me I could buy the rest of the episodes one at a time but they would do nothing further. The reprehensive I am dealing with is named Donn. This is the last post I will make on this subject. I have been ripped off and there is no way I will be able to see the rest of my paid for product. Be warned, Apple in a hole can be a good company but like any big company it is more concerned about the big picture "$" then the customer.

"I have had countless emails with the iTunes staff concerning my purchase of 'Scrubs Season 5'. I do not know if your staff are even reading my emails or just reviewing there computers and giving generic answers. I also do not know if they realize there are happily telling me that your sights false advertising is my fault because I fell for it, but once agian.

As far as I can tell from the other shows available the Buy Season button is reserved for seasons that are finished, the correct button
would have been buy season pass, either way I was lead to believe I was buying the fifth season of 'Scrubs' not just the part that was available.

There is also a price given beside this button. I would like to point out that I was charged more then that price. It is my belief that someone from iTunes put the wrong button on the page and are not willing to admit that mistake. All I ask is that The rest of the season be given to me, I did already pay more then the asking price for it after all.

Also a member of your staff has in a prior email confermed that I did use the 'Buy Season' button so do not try to tell me that is not what I did, that is not a road I wish to go down at this point. That and all other emails from iTunes are included as atachments."

Below is the newest response I have received from ITunes. I do not know if they are even reading my emails or just reviewing there computers and giving generic answers. I also do not know if they realize there are happily telling me that there false advertising is my fault because I fell for it?

Dear Shaun,

Thank you for contacting the iTunes Music Store.

I apologize for any confusion you are experiencing with your purchases. I have reviewed your account and purchases and found that you have not purchased a season pass that will include the new episodes. You can confirm this information by reviewing your account's purchase history.

To review your purchase history:

1. Open iTunes.
2. Click on the green Music Store icon in the Source list.
3. Click in the Account field (located in the upper right corner).
4. Enter the account's username and password.
5. Click the View Account button.
6. Click the Purchase History button.

The purchase history will display the most recent purchases first. To view details of any purchase, click the arrow to the left of the order date.

Thank you for shopping on the iTunes Music Store.

Sincerely,
Donn

Their responce

AUTHOR: Shaun - (U.S.A.)

The following is an email I received concerning my issues with the season pass I bought..

Thank you for contacting the iTunes Music Store.

I apologize for your troubles with Season 5 of Scrubs. However upon researching, I've found that there is not a season pass for Scrubs season 5. If you take a look at http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewTVSeason?id=136546559&s=143441
you will see that there is only the button labeled "Buy Season" this is *not a season pass, rather it will place each individual episode into your shopping cart or queue, it does not provide future episodes.??

As far as I can tell from the other shows available the Buy Season button is reserved for seasons that are finished. There is also a price given beside this button. I would like to point out that I was charged more then that price, and now that there are even more episodes available if I had not purchased this already, and tried to use that button I would be charged considerably more then the price listed beside the button. It is my belief that iTunes put the wrong button on the page and are not willing to admit that mistake so they are ripping off unsuspecting people instead.
