Apple Vacations Consumer Group Refuse to adhere to their own Fair Trade Contract which states: If the number of individuals occupying a room changes due to an amendment or cancellation, the remaining travelers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate. If all passengers change it is considered a new booking. I canceled my reservation within the 40-31 day cancellation policy and they refused to Newtown Square Pennsylvania

If all passengers change it is considered a new booking. I canceled my reservation within the 40-31 day cancellation policy and they refused to refund my money and distributed my funds to the other people going on trip. They told me that even though I paid them directly for a trip I would have to go after the other travelers for compensation. This is not stated in their policy. They refuse to refund $1,145.
