I want to understand this madness and want genuine feedback. I have heard the same horror stories of the agency giving you or pushing you into assignments that are below your pay level or too far from home and thats exactly what happened to me. I was told after 30 days of being on assignment the employer would see my worth and bump my pay rate up some so I took the job because thats all they had and i needed work. I called and called and emailed and emailed my rep. After barely surviving the gas to get to work and never got any help.
Finally a upper rank associate called me to basically pat me on the head to tell me how much they loved me there at my assignment and just to hang in there that im doing a great job and i told her i cant do this much longer because im pretty much making just enough money to pay for gas each week. She still didnt respond and it wasnt my character to just quit a job so i stayed 1 more month and finally was too broke to go to work and didnt have gas money..i called in and said i would try to borrow some money until payday and she said okay. The next day the employer let me go and it was bit of a relief but now im out of a job again. I waited about a month or two before appleone contacted me again.
This is where the real nigtmare happens.
I got called for an interview and i went to this interview feeling good about the company and position they offered. Had an hour long great interview but before i went into the interview i recognized a girl in the office and she recognized me at the same time. I had only met her once as she was an aquaintance of my sister and we did a pleasant hello and she continued on. After my interview my sister had called me to discuss her wedding plans and she asked where i was and i told her i was at arizona pipeline for an interview and she said oh my friend works there and i said oh yes i recognized her and said hello and that was the end of our conversation. I get a phone call an hour later from appleone rep. So i was excited thinking the interview went so well i hope this is a new job start. The rep basically told me they are removing me from database because my sister jokingly text her friend that worked there and said i was there to replace her, she in turn goes bazirk on her HR dept. Saying if they are gettin rid of her and caused a big scene which in turn got me deleted from their database because i represented appleone inappropiately. I was in shock and still today humiliated. What did i do wrong? Help

You did nothing wrong...

...your sister did.  I'm sure your sister has apologized by now to her friend, but I doubt it would do any good for her to call Appleone on your behalf.  Chalk it up to a life experience and join another agency.  And don't accept any more long-distance jobs if you can't afford the gas.  You are basically working for free and if the temp agency doesn't understand that, there are a lot more out there to join.  Good luck!
