Called and scheduled an appointment over the phone gave insurance info my little girls tonsils were swollen together so bad she couldn't breathe.
Arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. Gave insurance info(had lost the card which I told them that over the phone, but had all the information) and because I didn't have the actual card we were turned away- all they had to do was call to verify and there wouldn't have been a problem.
They were rude and inconsiderate and wasted my time and now I have to wait til tomorrow to take my child to another Clinic (one that has already confirmed they have absolutely no problem with a lost insurance card.) But for me it is a day wasted of my daughter suffering for some rude overweight woman that's too lazy to make a phone call. Anyways I'll go with everyone's favorite Ripoff Report phrase: Those dirty SOB'S
