I was out of town when our refrigerator stopped working so my girlfriend called service pro 888.753.3164. A recording asked for a zip code to find a repair man in our area. A man answered and said he would be out in a couple hours. Two men arrived one wearing an embroidered shirt with 'Appliance master service LLC ' on one side and 'Dylan ' on the other. They pulled out the refrigerator and after a couple minutes showed her a part that they said they replaced. They gave her a bill for  $400.36 and said it should start getting cold in a couple of hours . By mistake she wrote the check out for  $436.00 and asked Dylan if she made it out correctly.  He said it was correct. He also said they were going straight to the bank to cash it.  After they left she realized she wrote the check out wrong and called him. Dylan Brown 214.283.6733. He said he was at another customers house and would bring the money back later.  After a couple hours she called again and he said he was in Dallas and could not bring it at that time. She called again later and they blocked her number. Dylan did not fix the refrigerator because 4 hours later it still was not working.  My girlfriend was uncomfortable with them and did not want them to come back. I called later that evening  and Dylan said he would send a check. 2 weeks later and still no check.  Dylan Brown 214.283.6733 charged $104.00 for a  $50.00 part, $89.00 for the service call and $198.00 for 15 minutes of work. That comes out to $792.00 per hour.
