Applied Card Bank / cross country bank rediculious charge Internet

i was applied credit card and the card applied card bank/cross country bank is my first credit card... i was pay bill on time and pay them in full and the also charge from my mom account which is in full amount i owe then i was call them to close the account cuz my mom doesnt want me to used credit card.. later ayear later i saw the amount charge me from 750 credit limited and now i owe them $3500 which is i was shocked, even i paid in full and close the account still have balance.. oh wow .. for the past 3 years they send to the collection and credit buearu. i am still shocking now.. cuz from $750 and i owe them $3500. my god.. please do something to help us. not just me it's alot of people happen and plus my uncle has this card too and happen the same.
