AppMakr Refused to publish my mobile app. Internet

I am an independent Avon rep. I went to appmakr.com to create a mobile app for my business which is allowed. I provided documents that they requested proving that I work with Avon. They refuse to allow my mobile app, however they have numberous other approved Avon Independent rep apps.

I am complaining because I feel discriminated against when they will allow other people to publish independent avon rep mobile apps, however refuse to publish mine, even tho I have paid over 100 dollars to get this done. Google has approved my mobile app with no issues, because they accepted my documentation. Appmakr is threatening to have my app with Google removed because they made it. 

I have sent many complaints to this company, however they still refuse to publish my app with the reasoning that I do not have permission to sell Avon products, when I clearly do, and documentation was provided.

I am hoping that by publishing this report, it will bring attention to them, that its not okay to pick and choose which Avon Rep apps they accept and which ones they dont want to accept, when we are all in the same business.
