Approval Payments Solutions Inc Did not explain that I had signed a lease, did not list equipment on the lease with Lease Capital Group Boonville, Indiana

Shawn Carroll with APS Inc. came into our local Mennonite Community. He called on my store and painted a rosy picture on all the fees and the hundreds of dollars he could save us if we processed with APS  AKA : Approval Payment Solutions.   NOT !

Bottom Line: We ( my office manager and I ) trusted him.  He was very nice but also very hasty to get my signature. Not explaining all the paperwork he signed us up for a lease , later we realized that he did not fill in any of the equipment description in the required section of the lease.  

We did not realize the ramifications of a lease ,he told us we could leave and return the equipment if we were not happy and we ask him to sign a paper releasing us from any fees to leave. 

He reluctently wrote a note requesting fees to be waived in the event we left.  Yes a request to waive closure fees. This was useless. He told us we could leave in 90 days. 
WITHOUT ASKING  Shawn helped himself and took all our terminals, pinpads and  checkreaders from all  3 stores.

We had our own equipment and he could have used it to process and just reprogrammed it.  We also had equipment on a free placement program with our processor that would need to be returned.
Now we have a lease and have made numerous phone calls to ask him to return our equipment that he took the day he came and installed the new equipment. His helper Ron came in my store with a box and some but not all the equipment.
To date his "helper" has returned all but one piece of equipment. That's because Shawn knew he should not have taken it and I would have turned him in for stealing equipment.

I am working with the lease company at present. Shawn still does not return calls.
Stay away from this guy and Approval Payment Solutions. They should have noticed all the inconsistencies in the paperwork , especially the blank lease.
