Approved Application Services. Sergio Falsely advertised, scammed to pay $200 dollars for rental listings and help. Baldwin Park California

 (6-30-16)Found ad on Craigslist for apartment listing, I called and made appointment to come in. Once in me and my sister filled forms, got listings of homes and apartments within our budget. Sergio then told us to pay their service fee of $200, that would eventually go towards our deposit. We left excited and went to see the property listings. He said we can see 2 apartments for sure. One at 4:30 and then at 5, 4:00 cake around and asked if we still had our appointment, he was out at lunch and his coworker said we can't see properties today, that Friday morning "for sure for sure"we will be able to see them. Sergio told me he will call me at 9:30am (7-1-16). Well today 9:30am rolled around and no call. So I call the office and "Joel" told me he wouldn't be in until Saturday at 10am. So I told them that it's not cool that Sergio assured me that for sure I would see the apartments today. Joel became very rude and I told him I want my money back if I am not getting the service I paid for. He laughed and said there's a 90day policy that I would have to wait until 90days are up. Sergio explained to us that we could get our $200 before the 90 days. Joel then got irritated and hung up. I called back a few times and I got clicked on. Then someone answered I asked for Joel they told me no one there is named Joel so that confused me. Then they transferred me to the manager. She told me the apartment owner would contact me. I got a text and it read "***** ****** **, **** **, Lynwood 2 br 1 ba upstairs remodeled unit with 2 car garage. $1350. Go to LBLIVING.COM to view pics & unit details. Marsha " I called back and the manager that I'm paying for their service and I shouldn't have to go thru a different office today see this property.. She told me she would call back.. She hasn't. I'm so upset and don't know what to do.. I need help with this situation! Please!!!
