AppStar Financial / First American Payment System Beware Deceptive Business Practices San Diego California

 On Jan. 8, 2014 Mr.Nick Cuenca, a sales rep. from APPSTAR Financial came to offer a 20% saving on our credit card

processing cost after reviewing a few months of the previous processing statements. I told him do not waste his time

trying to get me signed up if he can not really deliver the cost cutting savings, then, he consulted to his manager,

Mr.Scott Billion. getting approval to lower the rates, and provide a free IP 90X terminal, run both APPSTAR & current

processor side by side  for comparison trial.

After 2 month, I found out the rates and the misc.charges were much higher than my current processor, there was

not 20% saving generated as agreed upon sign-up the service contract. Actually, the monthly fee & PCI annual fee

almost double then the other processor.

It has defeated the original intend to generate 20% over all monthly savings as agreed, there is no need to switch

to a higher cost credit card processing service.

Returned the terminal via UPS  per APPSTAR Stacy's authorization on 5-23-2014. Now the real scam scheme shows

up: $700.00 termination fee as unpaid delinquent on my credit report.

I hope all the office managers will take my bad experience  beware of this deceptive business practice.
