April Harrigan Selling AKC puppies with contract to guarantee such, then not ever producing the papers Holiday, Florida

On August 18, 2009, I purchased a German Shepherd Dog from April Harrigan. The puppy's parents are AKC registered. I received a full pedigree, and both parents' AKC pedigrees.  The puppy was born May 30, 2009. The breeder agreed to send papers as soon as she got them back. We both signed the contract, which stated I was buying an AKC registered puppy.  She relocated without bothering to tell me. I found her on Facebook and we did write. I have all emails saved.   She told me she had gotten the papers and would send them. She never did. By chance, I ran into one of his littermates on November 24, 2009. This individual also did not get his papers for his puppy, and reported she also cut off contact suddenly. It is against AKC rules to do this, and I will be reporting it. I would like a refund of my money, as I did indeed purchase a dog under contract that was supposed to be AKC registered.
