aps appliance repair service A & B appliance repair SCAM lost over $1200.00 stood up for appointments 6times 40 phone calls over 2 months Nationwide

Can't believe I was ripped of this bad. I found company through Angies list back in Dec. I needed a repair on my Viking Stove. Ed seemed professional except they wanted half the money up front. While he was checking on Viking, I opened my Sub Zero and he told me it wasn't cooling properly, I had had it service over a year ago from someone else who told me to use it until it breaks down as it was 15 years old. Ed told me to Never, never, throw out a sub zero - that they are designed to last forever. So I let him fix it althought I'm not sure what exactly was wrong. They worked hear a couple of hours were friendly and had a nice apprentice. 3 Days later my refridgerator felt warm......Wasn't warm before the repair.....37 phone calls to get them back out.....

11 days ago they said it was the thermostat. 12 more phone calls and someone said they'd be out today......never showed up. They operate under several different names, another is A & B Appliance repair which is now on Angies naughty list. 11 days ago "Kevin" assured me that they were reputable and that any internet or angies list inquiries end up with them as they have lots of companies. So beware! Get a local person that actually has a business/building. The Business numbers for APS and A&B are the same phone number and I think its a cell phone. A &  b must have swithched to APS after they ruined A & B's reputation. I'm sure they already have a new name by now. Phone number 1 215 870 1870 and 610 914 7680 go to the same place? How does that happen?
