Apt Movers ripoff, what a joke, how are they still in business Irving Texas

First off the two guys showed up about 4 hours late and also might have been tilting back a few cold ones on the way over. They did call 2 hours before they got to my apartment to tell me they would be 2 more hours or so. At this point I called and canceled my service and two hours later they still showed up.

When they arrived I told them I had canceled them but I was going to give them a chance since I had no one to move me. This is when I discovered they smelt like alcohol. On my invoice it was stated that they were to use shrink wrap on my furniture and that I had been charged an extra $20 for it. They two guys told me they did not do that and that they did not even have shrink wrap with them.

Also one of the guys told me that I should not have used this company because they were realy shady and that this was only his 3rd day on the job. It was the other guys 1st dat on the job. So needless to say I told them to get out of my house and cancel my order. This was the worse display of good service I have ever seen. Do not use this company.
