Aptive Enviromental Didn't do work promised and took money out of my account at bank Nashville Tennessee

Do not trust Aptive Enviromental. Sales person shows up at door. I said I was looking for someone to spray my crawl space on a regular basis. He looked at it and called the office and agreed to do the job. Never sprayed the crawl space. Lady at office just said we don't do crawl spaces. Sales person said we have special truck with powerful sprayer to do it with. They also said they would get spider webs under the eves and didn't do that . So I cancelled the service and they took $130 out of my bank account. Said that was to cover the discount on the first service. Do not sign anything with these people.
