We had a sales teritory rep from Home Depot come to our home to sale these items whole home air puifier and a water system as mention above on January 12, 2019 tested our water and said the water had something in it because it turned purple at a high level and that we will have crystal clear ice cubes and that there are more dirt in the air inside than outside then quoted us a price of $5900 on the two items for $59 a month.

On February we received an invoice from Aqua Finance INC Connexus Credit Union stating monthly payments are $148 a month we call the sales manager to come get the systems out of our home now they stating it's been over 3 days and we sign a contract and can't retrack from the finance company and they already charging us a interest amount of $17.45 and no payment is due until March 08, 2019.

Then they are adding there on taxes which is additional to the price of $400not included in the price. Not only that he stated if we find the systems cheaper to there cost it's free which I did online on several website such as Home Depot and Amazon and Ebay now they want to say we signed a contract under there finance company and obligated to pay what they finance it under there cost.

I never heard of this kind of sales of finance, the total cost was that was quoted over charging  this is a ridiculous price I could continue buying bottle water for less than that and for a 60 month pay-off price with finance charges would be $9,098.00 now this has got to stop robiing people of there wealth. Is there someone to help with retracking from this bad deal if so please send me via email rachielive@hotmail.com. We never talked to anyone at the Aqua Finance Company about the finances services, just got a statement for what they wanted to charge us from Aqua Hills payment plans. We have been bamboozled by words and force to sign a loan.
