AQUANUT POOL SERVICE in GILBERT ARIZONA came to my home in late January and assed my pool problems. I had rocks in the main drain and my pop ups were NOT working well. I had worked out payment arrangments to clean out the pool water, fix the pop ups, and get the rocks out of the main drain.
ALL THEY DID WAS LIE ABOUT FIXING THE PROBLEMS with the POP UPS and NEVER FIXED THEM. As far as the MAIN DRAIN COVER, they brought the WRONG DRAIN COVER AND STILL CHARGED ME FOR IT! ( I had PREPAID) to show sincerity.I had to spend another 50.00 to buy ANOTHER DRAIN COVER!!!!!
When the CORRECTED pool main drain cover was put on , I asked about the pop ups. JEFF and ANGIE the owners said " OH YEAH, WE FIXED THEM" LIE LIE LIE LIE LIE LIARS!!!!!! When the pool was filled up they NEVER WORKED THE SAME and they even were WORSE then before they even showed up. When I call them about this, they wanted to CHARGE ME AGAIN! RIP OFF ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Use your own judgement, but I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AQUA NUTS IN GILBERT EVER AGAIN!!! Good luck to all who pay for their services...watch out!! I WARNED YOU!
