I am an employee at Aqua Perfection Water systems. It saddens me that we live in a day and age were some who get's let go for insubordination, Jealous, Upset, or the job wasn't for them, Can go online and spread lies. It's just that easy. I remember when you took your medicine like a man/woman. What you don't realize is when you spread these lies about the company "Aqua perfection water Systems" you're hurting all the amazing staff and Employees who come in every day and work so hard to make this family-owned Business do as well as it is. 

Things aren't always going to go your way and hat life.

I have more than enjoyed my position at Aqua Perfection I get full Benefits as do all my colleagues and from what I've witnessed myself and other staff members have never complained about the pay. I've seen staff leave to another job and come right back because they said and I quote "The Grass was not Greener at their new job" Kim, Ben, Danni, Wes have all Welcomed them back with open arms just as long as they didn't leave for something Unethical.

Its true with great success sometimes creates great Problems meaning people trying to Destroy what you have worked so hard to build. We will as a Team keep Pushing forward with our more than Ethical practice. In the end we want our customers to have healthy water and more importantly, we want them to become a raving fan.

All I ask is tell the truth.. 

 I only have worked here a year and 4 months and I would never say the things that have been said I love and respect my job and would say different if I felt any sort of way. So to the person that has tried to use my name might want to get the facts straight first. I have never had an issue with Ben and if I did he would know it. I am an employee now and will be for years to come he is an amazing boss and person. I value my job and my friendships I have made along the way.

 I work here and heard nothing but horrible stuff about Ben and now that they are talking about changing our Commision payouts and on and on I see the true Scammer himself screwing us all over. I am the original one who made this report against Ben and only reason Im still working here is I need a job that is close to home and Middleville is only 14 mins from work at Aqua Perfection but I have been working here for almost 3 years Id say and I see the scams everyday but never say nothing because he writes my checks every Friday and thats only reason I shut up for so long but now we have a B!×ch running the Office who is just as bad as Ben but i pretend to like her just so my job is secure but deep down inside I hate it here and I cannot wait until I find something better but until then Im gonna sit quite until then

It's sad to see the lack of truth in this report. Being that I'm an employee and also related to Ben I completely disagree with this report. Ben is an excellent man possessing integrity and a commitment to customer service. Aqua perfection is a completely legitimate business with nothing but good intentions, specifically to help those who own homes with water issues and are seeking a way to correct those issues, restore the quality of their water. At aqua perfection we firmly believe that all home owners deserve options and the capability to fix any potential harm or danger that bad quality water may pose to their home along with the health of all who reside in the home. Excellent customer service is provided by every department at Aqua Perfection to current and potential customers. People's past mistakes do not define who they may become nor do they determine the future of an individual. The same goes for Ben, whatever may have occurred in the past is not a representation of who he is today, he's a family oriented man who is doing great things. At it's core, Aqua perfection is a stand up business with excellent values and a dedication to treat everyone with respect, including employees and every customer we do business with plus every potential customer considering doing business with us.
