Aqua Pool And Spa Aqua Pool & Spa, Better THINK TWICE! Our Pool hasnt worked in 4 YEARS!! VERY BAD SERVICE! Manteca California

Just because you have a NICE showroom and a NICE website does not mean that you do a good job!

Our pool has not worked in over 4 years. Aqua Pool and Spa has been out on numerous occasions and continue to make matters worse. The service manager "CRAIG" is a TOOL in itself. He will try to solve all of your problems without listening to what the problem is. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with someone as unprofessional and disrespectful as he is. He is RUDE and unprofessional to say the least.

Our pool and Home were BRAND NEW when we started this project. Any time that our Pool equipment is running our Pool Leaks as much as 3-4 inches in 1 night. We have video and pictures that I will be attaching to Many BLOGS in the very near future. I refuse to let anyone else go through 4 years of suffering as my family as had because of AQUA POOL AND SPA in Manteca, CA.

Because Aqua Pool and Spa has constructed a pool incorrectly from the VERY BEGINNING they now REFUSE to correct the problem.. The have demanded that we still pay them in FULL. They have even gone as far as sending us a letter from their attorney. YES, Can you believe that? They will not build a pool that works correctly and they still demand FULL payment. The leaking water issue is only one of a few problems that AQUA POOL and SPA in Manteca, CA refuses to correct.

It has now been over 4 years. They have came out to try to fix it and can not find the problem. They always SAY that they fixed the problem and have even went as far as saying that is was because of the "WEATHER".. HA~ They said it was hot and windy! Yeah Right.. 3-4 inches in 1 day because of the heat?? I dont think so.

So here we are STILL stuck in this situation and we have tried and tried to get this problem resolved. Now, I will do my part, I will try to warn as many people as possible so that you DO NOT GET TREATED LIKE WE HAVE.

Here are just a few problems that we have encountered and are expected to PAY FOR! AQUA POOL and SPA expects us to pay for the following...

1. Pool that Leaks so bad the Plants around the pool will NOT grow.

2. Aqua Pool and Spa tried to fix the pool did a rushed "POOR QUALITY" job that did not even fix the problem.. Only Made the Spot NOT match where they did the repairs.

"Craig" thought this was not a big deal and we should just live with the poor job, because they no longer carried a certain fitting, to make ours look correctly & flush on the wall. So we are supposed to live with a POOR job because of a fitting?? It looks bad and could also be dangerous. Can you PLEASE just do a good job? That is all we are asking?

3. Our sheer decent waterfall only comes out of the 30% of the corner. It is not level and looks bad. "Craig" says that there is nothing that they can do about it! HA~ Thanks alot Aqua Pools! What great customer service you have.

4. After we refused to pay the balance until AQUA POOLS provided a job according to the blueprints.. Craig still demanded payment or he was taking the Installation manuals for all of the pool equipment so we were unable to operate the equipment. Yes.. I said it.. HE "CRAIG" DEMANDED payment and then took the pool equipment manuals! I honestly can not believe that a company of this size could be so disrespectful.

5. They also sent us a LETTER from their attorney for demand of FULL PAYMENT! WE STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING POOL.. WE are just WASTING WATER!!! Thanks AQUA POOL and Spa~ We appreciate it!

Aqua Pool and Spa should be ashamed of the workmanship that they provide AFTER THE DEAL IS DONE! We paid ALOT of money... ALL because of a FANCY SHOWROOM and a FANCY WEBSITE. If you seen the work that they did on OUR pool.. You would definitely go somewhere else. It has been over 4 years and Aqua Pool and Spa still pushes our family off and we still have a leaking pool.
