Aquacon / Aqua Connection does not ship items paid for does not not honor advertised gurentees keeps close eye on caller ID so as not to talk to any one with problem with them Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

in nov 07 i placed order for fish they sent me one fish half the size i ordered i wanted a 6 in trigger paid $200 they sent me 3 in trigger worth $75.trigger and the wrasse died with in gurentee time frame . to get replacements i ordered $425 more fish but had to postpon shipping as very bad snow storm closed the interstate when wheather got better i spent months calling to get the order shipped

i talked with Ron he gave me dozens of lame excuses like ill have better selection next week then i would call next week and he had me on caller ID as he would never pick up the phone,or to late today call me tomarrow and well get them out. HE WOULD NEVER ANSWER THE NEXT DAY- then i would borrow a friends phone and get ahold of him agan with more lame excuses finally he quit answering any calls from New Mexico so i would have friends out of state call him he answered every time.

finally i had enough and told him this was it he had to make good .he agreed he would ship the order if i paid the shipping costs. so i gave my debit card i looked on the on line banking he had charged my card NEARLY $400.00 for the entire order fish and shippingnot just $50 or so for the shipping . i called wells fargo and put stop pay on the transaction my bank got that money back for me. aqua "con" what a name that Ron acksually advertises that he cons customers.

now it is 5/3/09 and "CON" Ron is still avadeing me on this order .aqua con owes me $50 for padelfin wrasse,$200.00 for 6 in clown trigger.$425 for an order of fish that has never been sent. there web sight looks as though they would be repituable but they are only out to rip you off vist better busness burreo much info on them they score an F with BBB
