AquaFinance LIED and made FALSE PROMISES Wausau Wisconsin

This first of has to deal indirectrly with Aquativa. Their systems are financed through this company. We stopped paying when Aquativa did not come to service the system like the warranty stated. We made several calls to Aquativa but got no response.

We tried to deal with AquaFinance when they revealed to us in December 2004 that the company (Aquativa), had went bankrupt and that they would honor the warranty agreement. They told us they would take care of everything if we would just send in our late payment, which we did, and which they did not. They had some water service call us and were going to have us billed for the maintenance ($310.00).

When asked if they would take it off the balance they stated that they would. The people that they called said they had problems with them in the past about lying to their customers about takeing the debt off the balances. SO we opted not to. The following months were filled with lies and more lies and false promises and even threats. For one year we have been fighting with this company and being threatened by phone with everything from Garnished wages and jail time.

This company is very dishonest and disorganized and the "senior" officals do not know (or care) what their reps say on the phone. When told that we would pay the monthly payments on time if they would honor the warranty agreement from Aquativa or put us in touch with someone who would... they replied "Don't Bother" and hung up.
