Aquajet Showers unresponsive to several phone calls; incomplete directions with unit unknown California

At the home show in Hamburg NY, discussing this purchase with the salesperson, my husband asked about installation, and was told it was easy:  two water lines and an electrical outlet was all that was needed. After purchasing this steam shower at the Hamburg (NY) home show, we contracted with professionals to install.  When they were to do so, upon opening the box, there were very few instructions on how to install.  Video on-line was not helpful and instructions on paperwork were in Chinese.  Tried to contact this company several times, lefseveral messages, but no one ever called back.    This unit cost us $5,500 to install and due to several complications with installation and very poor instructions, we still are experiencing leakage.  This is the worst product we ever purchased and the worst company we have ever dealt with.
