We purchased an Aquamaid water system in 2009, and since then have not been able to get in contact with the manufacturer for any type of service for the equipment. It is no longer serviceable and is more of an eye soar than a useful piece of equipment.
The system stop working almost a year ago and I can't view the website or get in contact with anyone to fix it. Parts have start breaking and the pipes connected to it have burst a few times and I paid for that to be fixed by someone else.
Either they should come fix this water system so I can get my money's worth or remove it from my home because it costs me more to keep trying to repair it. Also, I shouldn't have to repair it if they guarantee a lifetime warranty. I advise no one to buy one of their systems due to the nonexistent customer and repair services.
