We contracted with the firm (s) -they were in process of merging. Web content and a click program was instituted . Web developers rarely called to add even basic content. They lost/held our check for a long time and due to their lack of communication suspended us on several occasions for about two weeks each time. We monitored the record of calls received and duration from our web site. Their report was far different then ours which was obvious to me that their report was mostly fabrication. We requested a refund/credit of which they admitted we were due but nothing. We had to stay with the one year contract and still pay each month the full fare with very little results. Their recommendation- spend more money to get into a different program.
