In the beginning he called every day to try and win the business. Once i decided to take the loan, we agreed on an early repayment discount. I paid it back in 21 days, 10 days earlier than was agreed to. After i paid it back in full - they continued to take money from my checking account. To the tune of more than $20k. They wont answer emails, or phone calls and take responsibility for their actions. I am told a "bank lag" exists on stopping the payments. I put stop payments on them at the bank and they change the company id to sneak it by the ACH clearing house. These guys are criminals - now they claim they will issue a refund - a week later. Amazing how hard they worked to win the business - then how absent they are to be held accountable. DO NOT trust these people and DO NOT do business with this company.

Good morning this matter has had my company sick over this, for off the merchant Calvin put an RO8 on Kash Capital who he agreed to a loan with and is blaming my company who had not been debiting his account, his issue is with kash capital, and he is lying about no one answering emails, calls, or text we have all correspondence of everything and documentation of payments pending, clearing, and being blocked. He borrowed 200k to payback 294k he called in and said a job failed and he couldnt make the payments anymore and asked Kash Capital if he could settle, or he would falsley claim bankruptcy he told me also if Kash Capital didnt he would throw my company Aquinas Capital under the bus for introducing him to Kash Capital, which we understand he is not happy about how all this played out, but this merchant is a liar and trying to hurt my company. We kindly ask this gets removed please.
