ARA Finacial: Timothy jonston called my home number, using previous marriage last name  stating they giving us a chance to resolve this debt before it went to court. when my husband asked him what was the creditor they said city corp bank but had no amount of debt information, they threaten to have wages garnished. my husband replied by saying theres no money to pay this debt so do what you have to do, my husband stated if there was a garnishment they could only take up to 25% of wage the man said no they can take 35 % of wages, my husband then said you need to check into the laws of the state, at that point the man hung up on my husband then called my place of work telling the receptionist that it is in regards to a garnishment that will happen, but wanted to give me the opertunity to settle this matter before it goes into garnishment giving the call back number of 888-409-5060. and added to the message Douglas county # 1567589
