Another unsatisfied sucker via Advanced Resorts of America. They laid a pretty line of garbage during the sales pitch promising incredible up grades with pictures of beautiful condo for the future of our "home" resort, at last visit there wasn't even a piece of plywood over the the stalls in the "upgraded" outhouse.
 Prices continue to raise, I guess plywood is expensive, there is never a person to contact, never a returned called or any thing other than a monthly bill for maintenance fees. We paid off our membership within two years of purchase and have never been back. Our home resort is a dive with no condos 15 years later.
We have returned their bills for five years  requesting someone to contact us, as of today, nothing. We have made several phone calls, never getting a human and never receiving a return call. They have not sent us to collections although they have threatened, they just keep sending the bills but otherwise ignore us.
I have been told, by another reputable company, that they are having legal problems and that is why they haven't pursued collection action on us. Simply put this "company" breached their contract with us on several levels and a breached contract is a void contract. A contract is binding whether written, verbal or implied. They also promised to buy back our membership if we no longer wanted it, I guess they even realize what a loser it is because they won't contact us on that point either.
Further investigating into the legal aspects of this "company" is a good idea before you give them any money, they are trying to operate under the radar and do not want any more publicity drawn to them. I have heard rumors of a class action. Just a rumor.
