ARA Inc. Mark Farmer Sent a Letter to collect a Fake Debt of $13,948.15 Villa Park,IL60181 IL

A fake collection letter was sent to an elderly friend of mine in the ammount of $13,948.15 od a credit card debt.  So I looked over the letter and called them to dispute it, because my friend NEVER had a credit card in her life.  She is very disabled.                                                            

I called and the said to me the account was open in 1996 and paid on threw 2003.  I said well then some one commited FRAUD in her name and I would get to the bottom of it. I started doing my research and found this site and it had a simaler report on it about the same fake company.  I'll be making police reports and talking to the FBI about this praying on people and call them back to report fraud.
