A.R.A Bullying, Threating, Pressure, Court,

I  am writing to you about A.R.A  They call me at home and at my work. Tim Johnson call me and told me that I owe 9587.10 from a loan from 1999 thats not on my credit report. They have not show me legal papers on that debt. Tim Johnson threaten me with court and 35% taken out of my income he thre out a figure of 3,4477.00 I got a  little scare and presure and lot of upset.

So I let them Tape me and said I  would pay 200 a momnth and 500.00 and I gave them my debit card number which was a big mistake.I talk to those people that helps you with your debts and they said that this doesnot sound right. these people even wrote to them and got no answer from them. I went to the bank and change numbers on my my bank card and lock out A.R.A. I felt presured scare and up set. so after this they call me more. this women call me and told me that I have a bad check of 300 hundred Dollars it was no bad check I lock them out of my acccount. She said was still bad check. so she came up a figure of 1300 dollars to settle.

I tod her I didnot have that kind of money. she want me to go in to my 401k if I had one like Tim Johnson wanted me to use my income tax. I do not owe them 9,587.10 they said it was a old loan from charter one bank. no legal papers on this loan. I sent that card back 10 years ago if  i do owe it  alot less than there stating I didnt know this was a charge off loan. I got scare and put 100 dollars down three weeks ago. she told me that in the state of IL that that can use those recordings against me I wish I knew this was a charge off debt thanks for your time.
