Aram Isaakian jackthejeweler818 eBay Seller Stole Money for Rolex Watch Tujunga California

I contacted Aram Isaakian AKA jackthejeweler818 on eBay regarding a customized Rolex watch I wanted to purchase. We negotiated the price and he provided me with his direct contact information for payment arrangements.

After a brief discussion with him he told me I could deposit the funds to his Wells Fargo bank account. I went to Wells Fargo and they informed me to deposit money order since they had a new no-cash deposit policy. I deposited the money orders which I verified had fully cleared to his account the next business day.

I receive a call from Aram informing me that theres a 5-day window where I could potentially reverse the money order so he would not ship it until then. We had a brief back and forth argument and I told him that the bank said the funds could not be reversed. He told me he spoke to his branch manager and was told to wait until Friday to ship the watch, I agreed to this. Aram then calls me on Thursday (the day before it's supposed to be shipped) and tells me eBay put his account on hold and he would not ship the watch until that was resolved.

I was furious and demanded he either ship the watch or refund my money, that his ebay issues are not a problem of mine since we did our transaction outside of eBay. He argues with me back and forth and refuses to refund my money with the account information I provided to him, he refuses to ship me the watch.

I will be filing a police report and a wells fargo fraud report tomorrow, and I have already contacted eBay. It's my belief that Aram either sold or did not have the watch and took my money anyways. Buyer beware!
