Arbor Pro Nigel no Last Name Given Did not keep agreement unprofessional Rochester New York

Got estimate to cut down catalba tree for $850.00. Had $50 coupon, advertises in Penny Saver. Nigel said he would give a discount for cash, instead of charging me sales tax after using the coupon from the paper. Tax in NY is 8 1/4%. $850-coupon is $800- *8% discount. He still charged me $800. Then complained to his helpers about people trying to 'get something for nothing'.
He yelled and cussed using profanities that my 12 year-old son didn't need to hear for four hours it took to cut down the tree.

He ruined two of my flower beds and left all the wood next to the driveway.

He said a good friend of his would pick up the wood in the next 5-6 hours, half the wood is still sitting there.
I would never recommend this service to anyone.
