This is hands-down the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance takes weeks to fix things, if they ever do get around to fixing it at all. The office staff does not keep track of what needs to be fixed, so they cannot monitor whether the maintenance men are doing their jobs or just chasing each other around on golf carts.

When you move in, inevitably fifteen things will be wrong with your apartment that should have been fixed before you moved in (like giant holes in your screens, doors that are off their hinges, and missing sections of carpet). Rather than fix these things promptly, Arbors will wait for several months.

There is dog poop everywhere. I mean everywhere. In the winter, there is ice on the sidewalks and stairs for weeks at a time without anyone taking the time to shovel or use salt.

The office staff will lie to you, misquote prices of apartments, misplace your packages, and they rarely, if ever, answer the phone.

To top it off, the Arbors of Watermark is not cheap compared to surrounding housing. If anyone is looking at moving to Columbus, I'd advise just driving around Grandview Heights and writing down the phone numbers of the numerous "For Rent" signs, or check out http://www.snponline.com/CLASSIFIEDS/Class_Rent.htm.

For the love of God, do not rent here. You will regret it and you will become one of the *many* people who are counting down the day till their lease ends.
