This Robert from Buffalo is a stalker. He obsesses over stalking people that complain about big business on ROR. I've seen him many, many times filing rebuttals that always contradict the OP. It doesn't matter what the complaint is, he is on here purely to make big business always look like they are in the right. I'm glad to see someone finally stepping up to point out that he is a stalker. How does he have such a grand life if all he ever does is sit on the internet, complaining about Ripoff Reports posted by other people? And obsessing over the reports with multiple, convoluted rebuttals? He pops up too often with the same tired arguments to not be on welfare and constantly camped out in front of the internet. He has nothing else in his life besides ROR.

The author is merely stating that all of the rude managers and workers that he's interacted with at fast food places just happen to be of the same ethnicity. As far as the tax issue (how do you know so much about me..some kind of sicko cyber stalker?), it was settled today. I owe NOTHING and may even get a refund. The IRS reported to the state that I was working here, when it was actually Florida. All the correct forms to file are on the way. Too bad the first time I called the state regarding this...I was told to just pay it and worry later. Not this guy. Didn't take much time genius..two phone calls, done. There was ineptness on the part of the IRS, and the first state FTB employee I spoke to...big surprise. Okay..so now you do not have to bring it up again. Case closed

I have nothing to do with Edward other then having the passion to stand up to some who were belittling victims of the banks unethical and illegal tactics, and for some reason it just bothered you. The first time I ever saw a post by him, was when I rebutted the fact that he stated all banks are forcing OD protection on the debit cards..I stated to him something to the effect "where the hell are you getting this info from?". As my bank did allow me to opt out..granted with reluctance and a bit of a fight.

What I agree with..is exactly what Wells Fargo was convicted of recently in the class action lawsuit in California that they LOST, not settled mind you..but LOST. And, what the current defendants in the class action lawsuits being conducted in Miami against many of these banks who are being charged with the exact same crimes. I of course would agree and not attempt to debunk that a responsible account holder should not have to pay fees. Of course they should not, my only reply to that one would be to ask the bank why this happens.

Most irresponsible account holders on the other hand end up without an account altogether. My intention was not and never was to defend irresponsible account holders per say..but place PERSONAL responsibility on those banks that were scamming all their customers who were subject to the "engineered" ripoff that the bank admitted to, and testified to in the hearings. Exactly what any bank that chose to operate this way is currently dealing with by the pissed off customers who decided to fight back.

I do not care about this OP's stance on banks. This OP has never responded to my report, nor have I noticed any of hers...other then this one which is either a hoax to mess with you, or she is completely deranged. "Users" and "bank" refers to two different entities.

Check it out..and see for yourself (by the banks own admissions and testimony) the following definitions of evil that I got from an online dictionary..could be quite accurately used as a word used to describe what was discovered..and what I have been stating since DAY one on this site regarding the issue, what the banks have done on their part to bring down the economy and causing a horrible reccession...and what some banks seem to be doing now to a bunch of homeowners...If anyone can think of a better word to describe this..I would use that as well. Greed comes to mind..

This crazy lady seems a match made in Heaven with Charles in AL.

Both completely unaccountable no matter how much they screw up.

Couple of things. It's been a "while" since we've been exposed to her posts. Maybe she was "released" or her meds ran out. I also find it interesting that she's "rehashing" events that allegedly happened YEARS AGO. Maybe they didn't let her out, she just got access to a computer at the institution or she relapsed. Interesting her use of psychological terms towards OTHERS.
