This is the last update: Thank you once again to the Ripoff Report.



This has come in handy and for that, we believe that the Arc is closing one of the shops but uncertain and there for, they are loosing PROFITS. By the looks of it, we have our REVENGE back and laughing at them.



I want to apologise to you for the #2 update that I have stuffed it up when I have copied and paste it for the #2 update so i didn't have rewrite every thing. Please, I am sure there are other people out there has made this sort of mistake especially first timers like my self at the beginning. I will not be going ahead to sue them any time soon, as there is no need. We have learnt our big mistake. If you want to help us in any way, please do so and contact us in order to sue them. We are happy to do so and we have lots of proof by paper and by photos especially the fair trading dealings where they have lied to us and dishonest us. we are happy now that things are working out.



PLEASE people, what ever you do, never shop with the ARC COMPUTERS and that's FINAL. I am trying to save you're cash and experience with them. Last and FINAL update.

Thanks a lot Rip Off Report. You will not let me remove the #1 update as I have stuffed it up. All I want to put in is this: I also for got to add, that the Arc will sometimes and try add few extra items on to the invoice with out you're consent by making you pay extra things when you don't know it. This is how I know by checking on the invoice for other items and there was and they never gave that item to us. When you buy stuff from them and you virtually own them, they will not give it back to you. That's how good and scam, con artist they are. (NEVER BUY STUFF FROM THEM) Take my word and you will be ok. And also I was going to update the #2 for the Fair Trading issue on how the Arc gets away with a guy name Mr Howe. The reason for this, that they set it up and how we know that is that Mr Howe was nice at the start he was coming our way until Stan turned up 15 minutes late and the whole hearing was also late by Mr Howe. Mr Howe was also 15 minutes late. So it took 1 hour at the hearing. During the meeting, Mr Howe has turned nasty on us as soon as Stan walked in. Towards the end, this is how it all agve it away, Mr Howe has already given the sign to Stan and made up his mind with the hand signal. I caught him with that and on the phone the lady said he normally makes up his mind on the day not by mail, which arrived on the following business day and failed. Although the lady has suggested us to take them to the court and sue them. Which we are doing it soon. If you ever get Mr Howe, try and ask for another person to deal with. He is bad this guy and he is for the business, not the consumer. I had a funny feeling that these two have already had pre-talked to each other before arriving. So there for, it was a set up.



Stan also abuses people by calling names to. Just be aware that this might lead them to class action from the lawsuit and we hope that the Arc will be closed down forever.



I hope this file will be useful for the court hearing next year when we sue them.

Well, it all started back in 20/06/2011 as we decided to buy a new pc and we both want to try the local shop here in Liverpool area. Now this shop is close to our place where we live and that is why we went there in the first place. We both have saved up a fair bit of cash and it took us like 4 to 6 months or there abouts and we had like over $3500.00 in cash saved. Now, we didn't want to spend all that because we had other ideas on what things to get with the other money we saved after we paid in excess of the first initial of $2600.00 for the mainstream gaming machine. Ok. We both handed the first lot of cash that week and it took them 5 full working days to get it finished and delivered to our place. At the start of the set up and it was up and running. Now it was funny enough that Stan has said this to us that night before he left quite quickly because he said he has a son at the hospital which was his way of getting out fast and also said to me, just get you're game on and enjoy it while you can! Then I said thank you very much for this. And off he goes. Few hours later has came after I have been browsing around and having a look at the system and not long after that, guess what it came? There goes the system in 3 hours after it's been turned on and all I see was black screen with all the writings going down the screen and it was something that I never have experienced before and then I realise later that night after I tried to fix the problem, I had no success in trying to repair it or get it working properly. Then I realise, it became useless and dead after that lousy 3 hours being on the computer. Then I got really the s**t with it and I thought stuff this, I'm going to bed and I even told my friend about it, and she even got angry too. the next day came on the Saturday morning, I rang Stan and explained to him and said what the h*ll has happened to it and do you know what he said, it's sound like a virus and I got really angry at him. Because we never had this problem before. And that was $2600.00 dollar computer we spent on him and I realised after I had a good look at the system, Stan Huh SOLD us a complete USED computer. And he even done it again after we dealt with him after the Fair Trading as well. I can go on and on and on about what they have done to us and there is alot more to it than it meets the eye. My advice to you is, do not shop at the Arc Computers, they will rip you off and con you into making you pay for the damages that they put into you're system and make you pay more and even they will tell you to upgrade, because according to them, there is no replacement and you have to force them to Fair Trading to get things done, but that will only make it worst for you because they simply do not like it. So they will try and get their revenge back on you on the build. Which they did as I said, they done it again on the next build. They are LIARS and they will try anything to get out of it and will bring you down on every dollars you have and there is no REFUND according to them. We have spent well over $4000 on them ever since and not once, they ever paid us back for that they owe us. We have lots of documents and reciepts. We have full proof of this and they also deliberately took what we have paid for and adding more items to the list with out you're consent and make you pay more with out you knowing it too and they also have embarrassed us on the day. I also took photos of the damage items, but I don't know how to load it on the computer to get it out, I think I need some kind of special connection cord for it to work, but what is it, as I haven't done it before. I am willing to load it up once I get the cord fot it to actual show you the proof and the purchases of the reciepts. If you want to know I we got his real name?

Luckily I have over heard his name in the Fair Trading. His name at the shop is Stan Li. But when it comes to the Fair Trading he must give them the full name and it was Stan Huh. These guys at the shop, never use real names, they use fake sure names so there for beware of it. I also have learnt by the word of mouth from a technician guy who has told us that the Arc Computers has started their business by buying the stock from an auction site as cheap as they can get and sell them for the full price of a new item to make it out that they are new, but they are really not and completely used items to just rip you off. As I said, this was by word of mouth of some one who must have known Arc many years ago and how they started it. Also to, when it comes to reciept invoice, Stan will try every thing to get out of from paying you back and what he does is, he makes pluses and minuses on the invoices so that he won't have to pay you anything. He will manipulate you and con you when he can so that you can't suspect what he is doing. And they will try and sell you faulty items and say no to you for refunds. Well, that's pretty much I covered everything about them and how we had very bad experience and they are very ignorant, rude and selfish and all they think of is the bottom line, money. I hope you have learnt you're lesson if you ever come across like this and never shop there again. Please take this message as a future preference and never shop with the Arc Computers.
