Arcadia Transouth, Miss Hill ripoff,rude, ignorant, and abusive and threatening Charlotte North Carolina

I was mislead into taking a loan from Arcadia when buying a car over a year ago from a dealer in South Carolina. I was making the payments religously for the first year about a month ahead of schedule but then I lost my job and things started to get worse. I was still making payments to them but I was a week late in most cases.

I started getting rude calls from someone by the name of Miss Hill, probably not her real name, and she wanted to know if I would just make a payment on the phone. The first time I did but was screwed when she entered a double payment and it was debited from my account and overdrew me by $300.00. When I called back to report this I was never able to reach the "right" person to talk to and was ultimately told that I must have authorized the transaction because they would only have deducted the amount I agreed upon.

Now I am getting calls from this Miss Hill at all hours of the day and on weekends as well. The last time she called she wanted another payment over the phone and when I refused she stated that she wanted to know where the car was located so that she can have it picked up. I have stopped making payments to them until I can figure out the right course of action to take against them. I have also stopped taking their calls as they are very harrassing and rude on the phone.
