Yes I spoke with Mr larry Shanon and He told me to make a payment of 55 to bring my account current and my next payment would be do on the 17th of july because my payment that I was behind would have been deffered to the end of my loan.

Then he started calling threatening me on my job and I informed him as well as my supervisor that I was under at the time inform him that he was not authorized to contact me at my job. My payment that I needed to send in was sent to the address I was instructed by another representative to the south hackensack office by my church. they sent it by check so the young lady that I spoke with informed me that it may take 5 working days before it appeared, but the point being my account was messed up do to the information mr Shannon. Larry gave me and instead of just saying we made a mistake they place all the fault on the client. "Once this account is payed off with them they will never recieve business from me or anyone else and the only reason I ended up with them because the bought my account from another company with out my knowledge that my account could be sold anyway..
