I ordered $497.00 worth of running trim from these folks based on the photo they gave on their website. When I received the item, it DID NOT look like their representation. I called to return the product & they would not refund my money or replace them items.

They gave me the run-around for a month - refusing to say that would not refund my money & insisting I send them all sorts of photos (which I did). They stated it was a "custom order" & could not be returned. I reported them to the BBB & they gave the BBB false statements to support their claim.

These folks are deliberately deceitful & are not an ethical company. The reviews posted on their website are all 5's. I looked for my "1" rating of their product & found they also deleted my product review from their website which will allow someone else to also fall into this trap. I would not do business with these folks again.
